Forgotten Username or Passcode

If you have forgotten your login details, please use CCBill's password retrieval form.

Obviously you may also e-mail us to retrieve a copy of your login details but it is usually much faster to use the link above.


Cancel Membership

There is no need to cancel your membership as it will not rebill. At the end of your 30 days your membership will simply expire and no further payment will be taken.

Username and Passcode do not work

Before you contact us about this, please make absolutely sure that you have typed everything in correctly. We recommend copying and pasting the codes to be certain. So far is almost all cases of logins not working have been due to mistyped codes or expired memberships. If you are certain that you have entered the correct codes and have good reason to believe that your membership has not expired then please e-mail us immediately: support@stripgamecentral.com. Please include your username with all e-mails.

Due to AOL's filters blocking our e-mails, in most cases we CANNOT reply to you.

If you do not receive a reply to your e-mail with 48 hours then the most likely cause is that your ISP or E-mail provider is filtering or blocking our e-mails. We recommend signing up with hotmail.com or yahoo.com for a free e-mail account to e-mail us, please include the e-mail address you used when you joined to help confirm your identity.
